Facilitator of Malaysia–China Trade & Investment
Since 2002, the Malaysia–China Business Council (MCBC) has served as a facilitation and information gateway supporting trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Malaysia and China. We connect businesses, institutions, and stakeholders through structured engagement, market insight, and practical facilitation.
Working closely with our long-standing partner, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), MCBC helps enterprises navigate opportunities, strengthen connectivity, and build sustainable cross-border partnerships that contribute to long-term economic growth.
Charting Shared Prosperity Between Malaysia and China
Amid evolving global economic dynamics, the partnership between Malaysia and China continues to play an important role in advancing national development and regional cooperation. As Chairman of the Malaysia–China Business Council, Tan Sri Dato’ Low Kian Chuan provides strategic leadership aligned with national priorities—promoting SME participation, strengthening regional and global supply chain cooperation, and facilitating trade and investment between Malaysia and China.
Under his stewardship, MCBC serves as a gateway for engagement, connecting enterprises and institutions through facilitation, connectivity, and partnership-building to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
