Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC) today signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on collaboration and cooperation with CAIQTEST Innovation (Malaysia) Service Center. The MoA signing ceremony took place at MCBC’s office in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
The MoA was signed by the Executive Director of MCBC, Datuk Yong Teck Shing, Director of MCBC, Dato’ Ir. Fong Tian Yong, Managing Director of CAIQTEST, Dato’ Dr. Danny Tan Eng Ching and Chief Executive Officer of CAIQTEST, Dr. Ch’ng Soo Ee.
The objectives of this collaboration are to leverage the expertise of CAIQTEST in the area of inspection and quarantine to facilitate the export of Malaysian products to China as well as to develop and implement initiatives and programmes to enhance awareness and knowledge of local SMEs to drive export from Malaysia to China.
This collaboration between MCBC and CAIQTEST has reached another milestone to both organizations and it is hoped that the agreement will benefit both organizations.
