（新山11日讯）柔佛苏丹依布拉欣对中国10强房地产企业之一的碧桂园集团在柔州发展的大型滨海项目有信心，计划一旦完成，可成为本地屋业发展的典范。
殿下说，碧桂园金海湾滨海项目一旦完成，將设有美丽的园景和5星级的基础设备。
殿下感激中国碧桂园集团首度踏出中国，就选择到柔州进行豪华的屋业发展项目，並相信该项目將让碧桂园集团得到该有的投资回筹。
“朕也相信柔州政府將给碧桂园金海湾的滨海发展项目足够的协助与配合，让它取得成功。”
殿下今早出席碧桂园金海湾示范区开盘盛典仪式时，如是指出。
鼓励到柔州投资
殿下指出，他常鼓励投资者到柔州投资，不只是为了柔州经济发展，也相信这些外来投资计划，能为柔州子民带来更多工作机会。
“朕希望碧桂园集团在此投资项目后，未来还可在柔州进行更多发展项目。”
殿下在致词完毕后，即宣布金海湾碧桂园示范区正式开盘。
为感激殿下蒞临主持开盘盛典仪式，碧桂园集团创始人兼董事主席杨国强也在会上，赠送一幅“得天独厚”孔雀画作给殿下，孔雀是鸟中之王，此图拥有极好的寓意。
陪同蒞临现场的柔州王室成员也包括柔佛州王储东姑依斯迈、东姑天猛公东姑依德利斯、柔州公主东姑阿米娜和柔州苏丹夫人拉惹查丽苏菲雅。
造就更多就业机会
杨国强指出，大马开放发展將能使本地出现更多就业机会，发展税收也能让我国更快拥有优良的城市发展和生活素质。
他承诺，碧桂园到柔州发展，为本地职员专业和技术性的训练，使柔州人力发展变得更好。
他坦言，能到柔州发展，全靠大马善良的人民支持与协助，该集团將尽全力完成位于金海湾的发展计划。
杨国强相信大马依斯干达特区在柔州苏丹依布拉欣的领导下，將能更好的发展，新山未来也能成为首屈一指的大城市。
他说，该集团未来將加大投资力度，替柔州打造更美好的未来。
首日开盘掀抢购热潮
碧桂园金海湾示范区首日开盘，吸引大批国內外民眾蜂拥而至，场面热闹。
为庆祝示范区顺利开盘，碧桂园金海湾星期日准备一系列活动，包括亚洲狂欢音乐节和热情金湾巡游活动等。
整天下来最亮眼的节目，就是马新明星见面会，出席马新艺人就包括郑惠玉、陈汉瑋、陈之財、钟琴、刘芷绚和Pornsak。
碧桂园在新山金海湾沿海地段打造的海滨发展项目，估计发展总值达180亿令吉。
此计划由该集团旗下的大马碧桂园金海湾私人有限公司负责发展，该发展区也是依斯干达经济特区的黄金A区，土地面积达57亩，单是购地费已高达9亿令吉。
该屋业发展计划虽未竣工，但启动至今已吸引眾多国內外购屋者前往查看，掀起抢购热潮。

ENHANCING REGIONAL ECONOMY: Sultan invites foreign investors
JOHOR BARU: The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, has welcomed foreign companies to invest in Iskandar Malaysia as it not only contributes towards its continued development, but also enhances the region’s economic standing.
Speaking at the launch of Country Garden Danga Bay clubhouse and sales gallery here yesterday, Sultan Ibrahim thanked Country Garden Holdings Co Ltd (Country Garden), one of the biggest property developers in China, for choosing the city for its maiden overseas project.
“I was informed that this is Country Garden’s first project outside China. I like to thank them for choosing Johor for their first overseas project. It is my hope that the investment will be a huge success and yield the anticipated returns.
“The state government will do its best to ensure smooth-sailing for the project.
“A project of this nature will have many spillover effects for the people and the economy.”
Present were his consort, Raja Zarith Sofiah Sultan Idris Shah, Tunku Mahkota Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Temenggong Johor, Tunku Idris Iskandar Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Tun Aminah Sultan Ibrahim.
The project, themed “Coastal Metropolis”, span more than 11ha at the waterfront at Danga Bay and has a gross development value of RM18 billion.
Country Garden founder and chairman Yeung Kwok Keung said Iskandar Malaysia provided a good opportunity for foreign investors and believed that the project would be a good prospect for the region’s economy.
“Besides contributing to the appreciation of the surrounding areas, I believe Country Garden can also enhance the environment, boost the economy in the region and increase job opportunities.
“I hope this will encourage more investors from China to invest in Malaysia and contribute to the friendship between the two countries.”
Country Garden Danga Bay offers 17 types of luxurious condominium living, with each unit ranging from 400sqf to 3,000sqf.
It is located in the heart of Danga Bay, an important flagship zone in the economic region.
