SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd held a courtesy visit to the Executive Director of Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC), Datuk Yong Teck Shing at MCBC’s office in Jalan Sultan Ismail today.
SIRIM is the largest testing centre in Malaysia providing its services to multiple industries across the region including the fields of certification, testing and inspection.
During the visit, the Chief Executive Officer of SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd, Mr. Mohd Azanuddin Salleh briefly shared about SIRIM and their business role to Datuk Yong. He also proposed their plan to venture into China, which could simplify the procedure of exporting Chinese electronic products into Malaysia.
The courtesy visit ended with some exchange of gifts between Datuk Yong and Mr. Mohd Azanuddin, accompanied by the Chief Executive Officer of MCBC, Mr. Samuel Lee and the Senior General Manager of Testing Services Department, Madam Hajah Nur Fadhilah Muhammad and a photo session.
